Wedding ceremonies are rituals that differ in structure and content across cultures, ethnicities, religious and secular groups. Maybe you have the exact wording and vows down and you just need someone to read it. Maybe you want a ceremony completely original to you and your relationship. I officiate and write for ALL couples.

No matter what your goals are for your ceremony, I’m here to help you write and construct the words that will create and memorialize your marriage. Ceremonies can draw on traditional phrasing and content, or be built around themes, songs, quotes, or larger metaphors. They can weave in various belief systems or leave them out all together. As a writer and a reader, my first goal as your officiant is to produce a written ceremony that draws on and includes the ideas and symbolism that best represents you as a couple. If your families have different backgrounds or beliefs, I will work carefully and thoughtfully with you to help balance these aspects for an inclusive ceremony.
